Return & Refund Policy for Printed Artwork

Because printed artwork is produced on demand and often customised, Snorpixel follows the policy below to ensure fairness while protecting the quality of our work.

1. All Printed Artwork Is Made to Order

Each print is created specifically when you place your order.
For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Preference differences (colour/brightness may vary slightly depending on screen settings)

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will gladly replace it.

To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged during transit)
  • Your order details

If approved, we will resend the print at no additional cost.


3. Lost Packages

If your package goes missing in transit:

  • We will assist with a courier investigation
  • If the courier confirms it as lost, we will reprint and resend your order

4. Incorrect Orders Received

If the wrong artwork, size, or product is delivered:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Include photos of the incorrect item
  • We will replace it at no charge

5. Colour Variations

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences
  • Printed artwork may look marginally different from what you see digitally
  • These variations do not qualify as defects

This is normal with all digital-to-print processes.


6. Custom or Personalised Artwork

Custom artworks, personalised illustrations, or special-edition prints are non-refundable unless defective.

Because these items are unique, they cannot be returned or resold.


7. Returns (If Applicable)

Only items approved for replacement (damaged/incorrect orders) may be returned.

We will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label (if required)

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.


8. Processing Time

Replacements typically take:

  • 2–5 business days to reprint
  • Standard courier delivery times to send
