1. Order Processing Time
All printed artwork is made to order.
Processing times:
- Printed artwork: 2–5 business days
- Custom or personalised pieces: Timeframes will be communicated individually
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Snorpixel ships throughout South Africa using trusted couriers.
Estimated delivery times:
- Main cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying/remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, holiday seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and may depend on:
- Package size
- Weight
- Delivery address
- Courier availability
Occasionally, Snorpixel may run free-shipping promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your parcel online
Tracking updates rely on the courier’s system, not Snorpixel.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address details are correct.
Snorpixel is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered orders caused by:
- Incorrect delivery details
- Incomplete address information
- Missed delivery attempts
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect details, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit:
- Contact us at hello@snorpixel.com
- We will open an investigation with the courier
- If the courier confirms the parcel as lost, we will replace and resend your order
Snorpixel is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days at hello@snorpixel.com
- Once verified, we will reprint and resend your artwork at no cost
Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
8. International Shipping
- Delivery times vary widely (7–21+ business days)
- Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- Tracking may be limited depending on destination
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to shipping addresses can only be made before the order is shipped.
Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
Orders can only be cancelled if production has not begun.
