4. Commissions & Payments

If you request a custom artwork or service:

  • Work begins once payment terms are agreed to
  • Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Completed digital work will be delivered in agreed formats
  • Turnaround times will be communicated before the project starts

Revisions may be limited depending on the project type and scope.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the creative and personalised nature of digital artwork:

  • Refunds are generally not offered once work has begun
  • If the project has not started, you may request a cancellation
  • Printed or physical items (if offered) may follow separate return policies

Snorpixel reserves the right to refuse or cancel projects that violate our standards or values.

6. User Responsibilities

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful or abusive behaviour
  • Attempt to disrupt or hack the website
  • Misuse content or intellectual property
